If an item you purchased from us does not fit you or you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it to our delivery address within 14 days for returns.
The period begins with the delivery of the goods. Please include your address and the reason for the return in writing with your package. Items that have already been opened will not be accepted for exchange or return and the labels must not be removed.
After we have received your return, it will be processed within 14 days.
The invoice amount will always be refunded in the same way as the payment was originally made.

Normally yes! If you do not like the goods or if you ordered them in the wrong size, the buyer bears the costs of the return shipment himself. If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong item, please contact our customer service and we will send you a free return label.
No, unfortunately not. Once we have received your order, it is unfortunately no longer possible to make changes.
It is important to us that every customer receives perfect goods of the best quality.
Should it happen that you have received a product that contains optical or qualitative defects, please contact our customer service immediately. Please describe the circumstances as exactly as possible (name / order number / pictures of the product / contact details etc) in order to receive a quick and precise answer from our customer service.
The warranty period is 24 months for the purchased products and begins with the delivery of the goods.
Excluded from the warranty are damages that are due to natural wear and tear or improper use.
